Your Questions, Answered

  • In a nutshell, I offer the perspective and neutral approach needed to move your business, idea, or organization forward. Services that fall into this category include executive coaching, professional or life coaching, establishing your nonprofit or business startup strategy, program and fundraising audits, strategic planning with boards, board training and workshops, and grant writing strategies as well as digital communications.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through my contact form or schedule a call. I like to meet with clients to determine the options for working together. This gives me a chance to get to know you and for you to get to know me, before deciding to move forward in working together. I walk you through next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • I’m not just a contractor. I like to pass along the skills and talents that I use to finish a project, so that I’m basically working myself out of a long-term job. I listen to your unique needs and then ascertain whether my skill set, experience, and education will support you and/or your long-term goals. I’m always looking to build resilience in individuals, businesses and organizations because when my clients are succeeding, we all are. Also, and on a side note, I’m enthusiastic and I tend to build fun into the overall process.

  • You can reach me anytime via our contact page or email. I usually respond within one business day.

  • I offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. All projects are unique and pricing reflects individualized work. After an initial conversation, I provide optional tiers of support with different levels of pricing.

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. I’m here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving. I appreciate working with people that ask questions, offer feedback, and enjoy the process.

  • The most common service requests I get are for professional and executive level coaching. Second to that is Strategic Planning as well as Fundraising Strategy. Fundraising strategy questions are usually about grants and program development. I also get many questions related to nonprofit and business startups. In general, I am able to support these types of projects as well as general communications plans for businesses and nonprofits.
